About Me
Hi there! I’m Joyce, I have always been inspired by the Beauty Industry and have been around it my whole life. Creating everything from low-maintenance looks, to dimensional colors is my passion. I want my clients to fall in love with their hair every time they sit in my chair. The genuine connections I make with my guests is just the icing on the cake for the last 20 years.
Once you get to know me, you’ll find that I'm a foodie and love traveling. It's so refreshing to get away and do something new and experience different cultures. Iced coffee gets me through the day and I love trying new craft beers.
Now that you know a little bit about me, if you think we are a match I cannot wait to get you in the chair!
I am SO excited to meet you! The experience starts when you use my online booking system. You will want to choose the new client options and pick which service best accommodates you! If you are not sure what to book for, please feel free to email me and I will help determine which option to book.
Next, you'll arrive and we'll walk through a thorough consultation process. We will discuss your goals and the steps to get to your desired look! I love pictures so please come prepared with a few looks you are aiming for, pictures of what you don't like are helpful as well.
If you are here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you. I have beverages, including wine, and snacks so you feel completely comfortable while your color is processing.
I will conclude our time together by going over any styling tips or product recommendations. You will be given the option to prebook if that best fits your needs or you can utilize my booking system when you are ready for your next visit.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for reschedules and cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time; and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are electronically confirmed in advance. If you are not receiving these reminders please let me know. Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the services scheduled amount, due before we book your next appointment.
“NO SHOWS” or DAY OF cancellations will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount before scheduling their next appointment.
LATE FOR APPOINTMENT POLICY
I realize things occasionally happen. If you believe you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. Please call. It may be likely that we will have to reschedule your appointment for another time to respect other guest time. If this happens there will be a charge of 50% of services scheduled.
REDO POLICY
I want all of my clients to be happy with their hair. If for some reason you are not happy with the outcome you have a week to come back in to adjust anything you do not like. All color redos may be subjected to additional charges.
